DiSC is a personal assessment tool used to improve work productivity, teamwork, leadership skills and communication.
It might be used in a work setting, a church, in counseling or coaching, or any number of situations where communication is important.
No right or wrong
There are no right, wrong or preferred answers or styles. Yes, you might be given a label as a high S or a Di, but there are no value judgements in that label. Unlike the MBTI, there are no styles displayed by only a small minority of people. Unlike other tests based on the DISC model, Everything DiSC measures your priorities in additional to your style.
No secrets will be revealed.
The DiSC assessment was created to reflect observable behaviors. You will not be asked about your past history. There are no moral choices to make, nor any mental health evaluation. DiSC is used to help people understand themselves and others in the range of normal human behavior.

Focus
You don’t need to focus on one area of your life while answering the questionnaire. You can think about how you behave at work, at home or socially. It won’t significantly change your results.
